The course will address central topics in the broad area of language and cognition with a focus on new approaches to the study of
how humans couch and express their thoughts by means of language, but also other modalities,
how cognition supports language comprehension and use and language development,
correlations between general intelligence and language, typical and atypical language development.
Credits: PhD students attending the course will earn 5 credits.
Students who aim at earning additional credits should contact their home institutions.
The course is open to all PhD students affiliated with NordLing participating institutions and Universities.
